To export a structure to a series of DICOM images, click the Export segmented structure
button. The series will be stored in the local storage and will be available on the Series Panels
for this study.
To export a surface, click the Export mesh button, in the dialog box that appears, select
the file type (ply, obj or stl) and save the mesh.
To move the reference point (the point relative to which the model can be deformed in the Vector
graphics editors) to the geometrical center of the mesh, click the arrow to the right side of the
button, click Export surface parameters... and in the dialog box that appears, check the Center
mesh box.
To use the patient’s coordinates when exporting, click the arrow on the right side of the

DICOM Viewer allows you to save segmentation projects and DTI projects to a file. One project can contain DTI structures and data for different series.
To save project, click the Save project button. In the dialog that opens set the file path
and file name and click OK to save or Cancel to cancel. The extension of the project file is
.spj.
To open project, click the Open project button. In the dialog that opens select the file
containing the project for the current series, click Open to open or Cancel to cancel. The segmented
structures contained in the file for the current series are added to the segmented structures panel.
When you reopen the project, the data is added again without replacing the previously added. When
editing structures in the segmentation panel, the content of the file does not change. Even if the file
contains several projects, the structures (DTI data) are displayed only for those series that are
currently open in the window.
To add current project to the existing project, click the Append to existing project
button. In the dialog that opens select the existing file and click Open to add
project or Cancel to cancel. If the file already contains a project for this series, then a
warning The project for this series has been already saved. Whould you like
overwrite this project? appears. To overwrite the project click Yes, to cancel click
No. When overwriting, projects for other series contained in the file are saved. To save
the project and not lose the data already written to the file, open the project contained
in the file and add it to this file along with the current data, overwriting the existing
project.
When working with a merged series, the structures for all layers are saved regardless of which layer is currently selected.
